Lori's and Matthew's Visit

I snapped this photo just after we got into Grandma's house. She was very excited to see Lori.

Then we went into the sewing room where Grandma showed off her "baby". Unfortunately, her eyes have gotten so bad she is currently unable to use the brand new sewing machine.

We headed for JoAnn Fabrics where Grandma bought some stuff for the quilts and I found this cute fabric for Lori to make sheets for the cradle that Neal is making. We priced the stuff needed for making the mattress also.

This was one of Lori's friends from Hillsboro who has been transfered to the Tigard store.
They had fun catching up.

After lunch we went to Babys "R" Us where we stayed for a very long time.

After we dropped Grandma off at her home we raced to get to Lori's dental appointment. We were actually about 15 minutes late but there was not a problem.
We then went to Fred Meyers to pick up a couple of things and then on to Target where I showed Lori her birthday present which we hadn't picked up yet because we didn't know if she would want to just pick it up in Utah and not carry it with them.

Neal and I decided to combine Lori's and Matthew's birthday presents this year and bought them this soft serve Ice Cream machine.
They both seemed very happy with it. It also makes fruit smoothies so it isn't completely unhealthy!

The bath support, rattle, and wash cloths that Grandma bought were sent home with me to wrap because Grandma's eyes just don't allow her to do all the things she wants to do.

Because my hands don't let me do all that I want, I bought a really cute bag and some tissue paper.

These are some of the things that I found for gifts. I didn't get photos of the clothes. Doh!

Lori helped me make bows for her shower gifts because my hands hurt so much.

We had a fun morning solving the world's problems and talking about babies.

Lori looked so cute. This is her at 30 or 31 weeks.
